Dear Mr. and Mrs. Beaupre,
To you and your family please know we still have not forgotten your Ryan. I think about Ryan everyday. I had a metal bracelet made with his name, rank, dates, etc. after I saw his story and letter home to you on ABC’s Nightline in 2003; on the first anniversary of his death. I still wear the bracelet today. I visited Ryan’s Prayer Book after that airing and left a message to you and your family.
But my message here is to let you know we have not forgotten Ryan and all of the fallen, we continue to keep you in our daily prayers, and we still gives thanks to you and your son for the sacrifice he made for his country.
We thank God for the freedom we enjoy and for the men and women like Ryan who have made it possible. I give you my word that we will NOT let this country forget Ryan and his fellow warriors. They are still our heroes, we will continue to honor their sacrifices, and NEVER let them leave our hearts, our minds, and our prayers.
I still love to come to Ryan’s website; I’m glad it’s here. I’m happy people are still learning about Ryan, visiting his Prayer Book, and leaving their messages.
We will not forget; my flag flies daily with that message: Never Forget.

I found you by accident whilst surfing the net this Eastertime and had to reach out and let you know that all the fallen are held safely by God.
We are all under his guiding hand, He chooses our path and holds us all in his heart.
God bless all our children and my thoughts and prayers are with all those who are a long way from their loved ones.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, dear Beaupre family, especially to Ryan's Mom. I do weep with you as I
read the description given.
I thank you for the wonderful son you
sacrificed so that we can enjoy the
freedom we are blessed with in this country.
If I may, may I leave you John 11: 25, 26:
Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life; he that believeth in me thought he were dead, yet shall he live
and he that liveth and believeth in me
shall never die."

To the family:
It has been over four years and Ryan, Jay, Kendall, and Brian have crossed my mind so many times. I still remember getting the word that their bird had crashed and I just couldn't believe it. I had just sat down in the chow hall next to Ryan a few days earlier. Since I was prior enlisted he always asked me about my experiences as a drill instructor. For some reason he seemed impressed by that. Being a ground maintenance officer (AAMO), I was proud to be serving with the pilots of 268 but I always had a special respect for Ryan. I never heard a cross word out of him and I don't recall ever seeing him without a smile. In fact the last time I saw him alive, he was smiling. CWO Wennes, the MMCO, and I were driving a vehicle out on the flight line prior to launching that first mission to the staging area. We were taking some of the air crews and their equipment to the helicopters. As we dropped Ryan off I told him to take care. He smiled, waved and said he would. He was about to go to war and yet he was as happy and care free as ever. I never talked to him about Christ but I believe he had placed his life and hope in Him and was at peace. Ryan was a great Marine but more importantly, he was a great guy. May God bless you all.

Swoop,
I still think about you often and I know a lot of us around here do too. It is hard to realize that it has been over four years now. I remember when prior to leaving for Iraq we flew down the coast a little low and close to say hi to a friend. You will always be remembered.

To a Hero's Family: Dear Family - Your son & brother will forever be in my prayers. As an ex-Air Force SSgt. who was in the shop where we informed families of deceased heroes during Vietnam, I want to tell you that my heart goes out to all of you and that your son will always be a hero to me and my family. Thank you all for making the greatest of all sacrifices, and please know that your son Ryan lives on in all of you, as well as in my heart. Never ever, let anyone tell you that his death was in vain. He obviously knew when he joined the military that there was a possibility that he would have to put his life on the line for his country and his family. Yet, he made that decision. We all know that when we take our military oath that there is always that possibility. Ryan is my HERO...he is loved and will be remembered by all TRUE AMERICANS! GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU, YOUR BRAVE SON, AND ALL OUR BRAVE YOUNG HEROES!

As a CH-46 pilot of the Viet Nam era I need to tell you the many messages on this prayerbook that speak of your son never being forgotten are true. Each day, every day we who have experienced the loss of friends and comrades think of those men who are not with us today. We glory in their memories; reliving the wonderful moments we shared and look forward to joining them in the future.
Yes, you miss your son with all your heart and soul, but he lives on in the hearts of us all.
God Bless.

To the Beaupre family;
I did not know Ryan personally.Reading all the messages of love and support he grew to be a remarkable young man.Its a testament to his values, character and love for God, family and friends.I do not have any magical words to erase or ease your pain. Alls I can offer is a deep genuine thank you for sharing him with us. I have a son who is in the USMC & he is going on his first deployment to Iraq in Feb.Without these courageous uncommon men and women in the USA uniform we would not be blessed with the freedoms and opportunities we have today. Thank you and may God hold you in the palm of his hand and bring you some peace & comfort.

I was one of the pall bearers for Capt Beaupre and it is something that will stay with me for the rest of my life.I remember seeing his pictures in the grade school where the wake was held and we stood post as honor guards for him,his smile just stood out and you could see how it just seemed to brighten the mood of everyone in the picture.I myself have been to Iraq and back, and the entire time I was thinking about how much he loved the Corps. He shall always be an example to any Marines whose lives he touched.Semper Fidelis, sir!

Let us never forget that our freedom has been bought and paid for by heroes such as Ryan.
I pray that God dims your pain with time, but not your love, your memories, or your pride. I am not thankful that he died, but rather that he lived.
Godspeed and God Bless

For Ryans family: I hope and pray that all of our Hero's make it to their home, either in the Lord's Mansion or to their family here on earth. I know that Ryan is in good company. I know that my brother, Bob, KIA RVN 1967; my sister's husband, Leroy, SFC, Retired, Vet from RVN; and my Dad, Edward, SFC, Retired, Vet of WWII and the Korean Conflict, would all welcome him to their table.
May God bring you peace and comfort.
Always:

To the parents of Ryan. I pray that you know Ryan is home and will be waiting to wave you in when it is your time. It is easy to write and say things like this to people who have lost their loved ones. I will tell you I have no clue how hard is is for you because I am not you. My son is in the Navy and just got back from sea. That is hard for me at times so I would not even try to imagine your pain. I would rather lift you up to our Jesus. Daddy God let them feel your arms around them holding them through this probably the hardest time in their lives. Let them know that you are with them each and every day. That you are the only one that will never let them down. Bless them sweet Jesus. Amen... I wish to think you on behalf of your awesome son Ryan. He fought for all America's freedom and I appreciate it so much. HE IS ONE OF AMERICA'S HERO'S! God bless and keep you safe.
Always In His Love,
Terri <'//><

I wanted to let Ryan's family know that he is not forgotten. He lives in the hearts and memories of those who loved him most. I know that he is in good company as my husband SGT Howard Paul Allen joined him on September 26, 2005. We are lucky to have been loved by these true American heros. We are lucky to have shared a part of our lives with them. You're in my thoughts and prayers..
